National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has organised a conference on "Managing Industrial Relations for Higher Productivity." According to NBP here on Monday, the first ever conference of its kind was addressed by experts in the field of good personnel practices, recognition of social grouping and dispute resolution process, effective management in human resources.
